Our Admin Portal that is available to you has an extensive Help section, that will certainly answer most if not all your questions.

I'm getting an Invalid Association message
This is when you have entered an invalid mobile number and connect key. The app cannot authenticate your access. If you are getting this message on the loading page, it means that your organisation has revoked your access. Please verify your mobile number and connect key is correct when onboarding. -
I'm getting an Access Denied screen
Seems like the organisation you linked to with your mobile number and connect key has revoked your access. The app will prompt you to Re-Onboard, you can get in touch with the organisations Administrator and get a new connect key or request to be activated again. -
I'm getting a No Internet notice or screen
SnaPOD requires an active internet connection to work. You can check if you are connected to the internet and try again. It might be you are on a very slow connection or no connection at all. -
I'm getting a Sockets Connection Failed
Sometimes on mobile devices, the signal or WiFi drops and cannot resolve our servers. You can close the app and try a few minutes later or set your mobile to Flight Mode ON then a few seconds later switch Flight Mode OFF and try again. -
The app is asking for permissions
We respect your privacy, and our app will ask you to give it permissions to use your camera, GPS location or to access your media.
